Captain D's had a long history of customers who loved their seafood, but their sales were dipping and the brand was in need of a change of direction and a fresh tone of voice. With the introduction of a new campaign, "When you love seafood this much, it's gotta be D's," slumping sales began to soar and the spots have become a fixture for the brand.
